Greg found another house. Yes, this is the same Greg that cancelled the contract because of the failed septic. This was an even better property. More land, surrounded by the water shed, very secluded. So secluded his girlfriend Theresa thought she might be starring in a "Friday the 13th" movie. Greg knew he wanted a home inspection this time. We thought the septic failed. Same florescent green coming out of the ground. The seller said it had been pumped regularly in all the years she lived there. Did you know you can pump a cesspool? What is a cesspool? Isn't that a made up name your parents called your room when you didn't clean it? "Yes Virginia, there really is a cesspool." (How many movies can I quote?) A cesspool is a big hole in the ground filled with rocks and covered with dirt, and in this case grass too. Happily the seller installed a traditional septic system and Greg finally got his home in the woods.
