This is a no interest, no payment (until you sell or refinance) loan program. In 2012 you can get $5,000! Yes, there are some conditions, but they are really not so bad, You were going to live in Maryland anyway, and what's the big deal about taking a class for a couple of hours. $5,000 for a class that takes a couple of hours? Can I take the class more than once? Yes, but you only get $5,000. Still an incredibly good deal. Let's see if you qualify for this, and other programs too!
