I have had people ask for "good" neighborhoods and "safe" neighborhoods. But, I have never had anyone ask for a "clean" neighborhood. If they did, I would be ready! My first listing (yes Kaitlyn, before you were born) was in the Mt. Airy/Damascus area. Earl never had any problems with the plumbing. It wasn't a problem for Earl to have the washing machine empty in the street in front of his house. Fortunately for everyone that was involved, this problem has been "cleaned" up!
